Customers experienced significant delivery and packaging issues. Multiple shoppers reported missing items, with posters not arriving as ordered. Those who received their poster noted fantastic artwork, but nearly all items arrived damaged with bent corners or creases. Poor packaging and lack of customer service responses were major concerns.

It wasn't delivered. I've contacted Mass Appeal via email, three times, with no response to the missing poster or the cracked CD.
Unacceptable.

The art of the poster is fantastic. I'm a big fan of the movement, but whoever packaged it bunt the post. It was meant to be a collector's item and it very bent. I am disappointed in that.
