While customers praised the artwork as "fantastic," significant fulfillment issues emerged. Multiple shoppers reported posters arriving damaged with bent corners, missing items from orders, and poor packaging. Customer service concerns included unresponsive email support. It wasn't delivered. I've contacted Mass Appeal via email, three times, with no response to the missing poster or the cracked CD.

The art of the poster is fantastic. I'm a big fan of the movement, but whoever packaged it bunt the post. It was meant to be a collector's item and it very bent. I am disappointed in that.
