The record arrived in Germany perfectly packaged and in flawless condition. Thankfully, there were no unnecessary customs fees — Mass Appeal always handles shipments very professionally and routes them through the Netherlands, which makes customs clearance much easier and saves the customer a significant amount of money.

Thank you very much for that, it’s truly appreciated.
